I have paid cash for my ride even I paid 19 Rs extra i.e instead of 581 I paid 600 but still outstanding reflecting in my ola account,
The driver refused to take ride for online mode of payment so I paid cash to him,
One thing is strange without ola money how can he give me free ride from Noida to IGI airport New Delhi.
These people are making us fool and are asking for cash payment only for the ride .

I booked an auto , cancelled it as my plan was changed and booked another auto.
Cancelled auto driver was waiting for me to board another auto ,came to me furiously and made a scene ,demanded for charges
Argued ,fought with me said improper words ,very disrespectful,though people around him asked him to leave he stood and fought for 20mins
I want action to be taken on this issue
