complaint about A/C service by Imperial Kitchen trivandrum:

Sir,
We would like to inform you that we have purchased an A/C (mitsubhishi-3 ton) from (Super scan-A/C, Studio road, Nemom, Plangala mukku, Trivandrum-019, 15-10-2019 was not working before eight months. As it is in warranty we have informed about the problem to the service provider (Mr. Sadanandhan) but till date there is no response from his side and we request you to do the needful with immediate effect so that we can function our restaurant smoothly.
We humbly request you to send the service person or replace the A/C.
