Today I book the hotel airport kk. At the time of booking it does't show wheater this booking was only 1 hour or not. There was totally seen that the check in and check out time for 12 pm to 12 pm. After booking someone of hotel emplyee call.me and say that your booking is only for 1 hour only. This type of froad doing goibibo is toally disappointed . so kindly request you take some action or else cancle my booking and refund my all money to my account.

I had booked Air Ticket from Goibibo website on 19.08.2022 for four of family members from Delhi to Goa amounting to Rs. 29692/- the transaction id is GOFLDSBI_BANK1BF6050. The payment has been made through SBI Credit Card to goibibo. Copy of SBI email dated is enclosed
The Goibibo vide email dated has forwarded the air tickets for Go Air Lines with PNR No. WYTLUW and Booking ID- GOFLDSBI_BANK1BF6050 (copy enclosed) The screenshot at the time of booking mentioning the booking ID of goibibo.com is also enclosed.
Later, on Sept., 2022, I cancelled the air tickets directly through Go Airlines. The airlines deducted an amount of Rs.12,000/- and refund should be Rs. 17692/- . The airlines has confirmed that refund will be forwarded in 2-3 weeks time. (copy enclosed)
After the lapse of considerable time, the petitioner approached the goibibo telephonically and later via email for refund of balance amount. The goibibo repeatedly insisting of providing of Booking ID , which the petitioner immediately forwarded to Goibibo, but no payment has been received till date.
In spite of providing all the relevant document and various email and telephonic conversation with Goibibo executives they are not refunding the balance amount.

Pathetic hotel I booked from Goibibo by Rajat:

I am staying in fab hotel Redsson suit Mumbai. You charge me 6400 rs for 2 nights which is ok but room is not as per price morning there was no shampoo soap towel in the room,Tv was not working no dental kit received yet asked in the morning 7 am Insacts in bathroom no toilet paper available when I complain about it they change my room with same things and same problems.they shift my Lugguage without my permission and my I-phone charger is missing and the staff is denied now,I call to Goibibo customer care they teach me all the policies and offer me bribe of 1600 go cash to close the complaint now tell me what to do and provide any solution. I waist my money as well as lost my I-phone charger.

I book one flight in 2020 flight was canceled due to covid and airline refunded all passengers my ticket was booked with goibibo they got the money from the airline but did not refund it. I send them several emails and calls, every email said a refund is not eligible or you wait 180 days for a refund. Finally, I decided to take legal help and we got our money. They are scams. beware buyer.
