I have a doubt regarding lt eb connection. In village normally eb cable is not in laid in underground. They pass only in open sky from one pole to another electric pole. In this situation if a consumer low tension eb line is crossing adjacent to his building. In that circumstances if the customer wishes to put a pvc pipe over that low tension electric cable passing adjacent to his building for protection purpose. Just wanted clarification whether he can lay pipe line over that low tension electric cable

Facing powercut issue whole night. Everybody have work in the morning, due to this powercut, our daily routine is spoiling, we tried to contact several eb stations, but no one is responding properly, after calling several times, they put there mobile into switch off. Seriously I don't understand, if someone is calling for emergency, our duty is to respond properly, feeling shame of our government and government employees who is not responding for the people needs

I have applied Solar net meter on 30th April 2022. Solar-Roof-Top-Netmetering - 2000931204221000. Since then i have been following up with Pallikaranai EB office, whenever i visit the office i have been told that they are not able to see my application request on the portal, it took nearly 3 weeks to resolve despite me following it with them.
CI visited my home for site inception on 20th May 2022 and he had sent estimation to AD office and awaiting response. Since then i have been following it up with Pallikaranai EB office. The standard answer which i am getting is waiting for an approval from AD office for the estimation. I am sorry its not my responsbility to follow the status, it suppose Palliikarani EB follow up with AD office to get this sorted out. I have been told that i need to follow with AD to speed up the process, Its not consumer job. Could you please escalate ang get this done as a matter or urgency please?
I have invested on solar around 4 lakhs not been used since installation, its been more than 2 months, am unable to use solar facility because of net meter connection delay.

The unit has been vacant for almost 2years due to pandemic lockdown. Now that we can stay there, I checked the unit yesterday and I found out that the Electricity supply has been disconnected.
