Ear rings locks faulty design by George DSouza:

Kindly refer to Purchase Invoice No- 114R1224A0001312 dated 25/09/2022.
The said Ear Ring Item no-1–Design No - OER 14033 – 0200R08 was referred to your showroom with problem of improper lock fitment. The same was repaired three times at your Panjim ORRA showroom between November @ to February, but problem was getting temporarily resolved.
On my forth visit on 20/02/2023 concerned intimated that same has to be referred to their head office, and same was sent vide attached service report no – 480 and received by me on 03/03/2023.
However even after repairs problem remains unresolved, It appears that the locking system is very flimsy and unreliable, This may lead to loss of my costly ear ring
While the same will be handed over again to your Panjim Orra Showroom tomorrow, Request you to kindly review the design and either change the system or provide me with a alternate as I cannot take any chance on such high priced product
