Complain regarding non availability of essential stuffs in the ward. by Atul Raj:

Hey Autority! This I Atul Raj and I'm getting my mother's treatment (cancer) from past 1.5 year in SGPGI. Currently she is admitted in Acute Leukemia Ward. We have spent over 30 lacs on her treatment but what's happening in this ward that this ward doesn't provide the patients with basic essentials i.e Blood Transfusion Set, Avil Injection.
These are the least basic essentials that a patient of blood cancer is needed as there is regular need of blood transfusion and platlets transfusion. The patients attendents are ask to purchase the things from outside hospital. Does that even make a sense? We are paying for The HRF department (medicine dept.) of hospital on a daily basis still we have to purchase the things from outside at a much higher rate.
This is becoming very tough for the attendants to go out and purchase these things at high rate, they have to leave their patients in ward alone and then they have to go. It's very ridiculous behaviour from the hospital management. Kindly look upon this issue too.

Sir I was doing a payment on generated qr by SPGI lab for checkup but duration of generated qr completed but payment was successful and payment was not credited in my account till today.

Sir I was done the payment on 8/04/2024 to the lab for report through generated qr but duration was completed and payment was debited from account and not refunded till I typing.

Sir, I am 64 year old retired head of one of tha ICAR research institute based at Lucknow. I was under treatment at SGPGI, for orthopaedic and having acute pain while urinating.. I was referred to Urology department. Today I reached SGPGI at 8AM and stand in a que for about 45 minutes to get token. While reaching on token counter, I was refused to issue a token. I requested to the concern official and shared my acute pain problem but he refused to give me token and behaved very badly.
