I went to SGPGI with my 6 months old baby, who was having light fever after vaccination. They told for covid test. We were standing there for 6 hours. After sample collection, They told me that the report will be send through SMS after 2 days.we don't get any SMS,and after 5 days they are saying that may be the sample is missing. My 6 months old son was ill and we faced lots of problem there that day and now they are saying that may be sample is missing. Who is responsible?
