    Purchased Symphony air cooler in March 17 from Adishwar, Hosur Road. Right from purchase I am facing problem not geeting cool air, It was repaired in May 17 and again problem I am facing not getting cool air, may be fan not working. I am not at all satisfied, may be given second-hand used one, I think, because Symphony is branded and popular company and they are masters in Coolers. Please sove my problem, before warranty expires.

    I have purchase a sympony cooler on dt 10/06/16 from Fazilka-152123 but due to some printer issue i have not recieve a bill from the shopkeeper and after some time i have shifted to kotkapura and in last month am facing issue in my cooler and i have raise a complaint but that time i have not the bill copy so as per requirement i went to fazilka and collect the bill copy from shopkeeper but at that time bill was expire only for 2-3 days only so its my personal request to you kindly arrange engg visit under warrentty period because its not my fault and i really appriciate your company and really my cooler was best cooler and i have never a single complaint from last 1 year and i hope you understand my problem and cooperate with me thanks

    I want to inform you that, my symphony cooler was not working properly from purchasing date, reason is water coming from inside through fan and spreading outside.
    Totally worst product selling by symphony company, while purchasing time I was told to Sanghavi electronics for providing seal pack product but he is not agreeing with me,
    and finally demo product purchased.

    But I want to ask you that why you are selling this type of product in market?
    Have you check the quality of product before marketing/selling? Blindly selling your product…!!

    I am sending the inner side photos of my cooler to you and check carefully, really want to consumer forum case on you.
    Big holes observed near the net of honeycomb pad during repairing your engineer at last night, and he repaired with using big part of plastic and honeycomb pad also damaged.
    But issue not resolved again same problem happened after some time.

    I want to replace my product don’t repair or replace any part of cooler, I want to totally replace my cooler with new and seal pack from warehouse packing.

    If you not able to replace then I will act on you, I will expose this issue in newspaper media, market complaint, as well as consumer forum.
