Cylinder booked on 29 Nov 2018 not yet received. On checking the status ,I came to know booking was cancelled. What was the reason for cancellation .. pls provide me cylinder as soon as possible

KG12307 is my customers is. I am living in Silvercity main in Zirakpur and our indane agency is near mayagarden and singhpura. Every tevime we book a cylinder, it takes more than a month and after several calls that we get a cylinder.
It appears, the agency is overworked and is unable to cope up with the load. Therefore in order to facilitate the consumers, You should find some alternative. Thanks.

I have a high risk, because a new cylinder which has an acknowledged problem, is not being replaced despite reminders to the delivery boy, and from the agency no one is responding. If any mishap happens, who would be responsible????? Consumer number KG10396. Location: Swastik Vihar Zirakpur.

Chances are that there is a washer leakage and needs to be attended URGENTLY.
