Gas leakage from new cylinder(unused) by CHIRANJAN BISWAS(15775):

A new gas cylinder was delivered on 02/10/2015. But after past a night we are feeling gas is leaking from the unused cylinder. Through many phone calls I get the technitian (Jayanta Banik) no.But he denied to check the problems. In this circumstances I feel insecure for this defective cylinder. See my case as early as possible and help me to get rid of this problems.

Consumer number 29755.delivery sms issue Nov. 3 but till now (7th Nov.) do not provide the cylinder. Very bad service from gas distributor. Consumer harassed and hamper. Pls need the necessary action.
