Expired cylinders supplied!! SHAME! by Tanmoy:

Today(26/11/2015) i got my booked cylinder.. But after receiving i found that the cylinder is expired in 2012!!!!! It is writtem as "D 12" on cylinder!!!! After that i asked delivery boy.. Then he replied that they are receiving this from provider( sonar bangla gas service) and they have nothing to do... He even inform me that this dates are chnged by service providerswithout even checking!!
We all know using expire d cylinder is how much risky.so,how can sonar Bangla sevice centre can provice us such things!
Sonar bangla's service is one of the worst service provided..but delivery of expired cylinder is not less then a crime!!!
SHAME ON SONAR BANGLA GAS SERVICE!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME!!

My consumer No. is 757451971. I have booked for refill of cylinder on 15-09-2016 vide No. 322266.Today is 29-10-2016 means 29 days since booking but Gas cylinder is not delivered to us. I have telephoned to your No. 24432321/ 6589 so many times but no one lifting the phone.Then since 06-10-2016 daily I am contacting to Gas delivery boy Mr. Kamal in his mobile No.9062466034.Then he asked me my name.Then he told today it is not possible.Next day again I called him over phone. He asked me my address and when I told my address he told me that last time when I deliver the gas at that time there was shortage of gas in that cylinder. Is it that house. I said yes.There after he is also not lifting my phone call.The fact is that on 28-09-2016 he delivered a Gas cylinder in which the weight was only 25 kg. Then when I asked him about that , he said I will replace it and he has replaced with another Gas cylinder which was having a weight of 30 kg.I think that is the reason he is not giving delivery to me.My existing Gas may be over with in one day or two . Because it already 29 days over. So please take necessary step to give delivery of one refilled Gas cylinder today.

The Services of Sonar bangla gas agency is very poor. The delivery time of cylinder is So long. The contact numbers are in always out of service.

Why.. we are not getting any response after making so many booking request ?
Even no one receive the call, why ?
Previous, booking request are auto cancel.. may I know why ?

After making numerous complain the issue is still remain same for this gas distributor " sonar bangla gas services, anandapur, Kolkata". Even there behavior is very bad, they abuse..the customer.
I need a complete solution as soon as possible, because currently the situation is not good due to covid-19. I need the proper service..
