मेरी बुकिंग को 10 दिन हो गए लेकिन मुझे अभी तक गैस नही मिली है, गैस की डिलीवरी देने वाले गोदाम से चलने के बाद रास्ते में गैस की कालाबाजारी करते हैं, मेरे पास भी नेट आधे वजन का सिलेंडर लेकर 10-6-17 को घर आया, मैंने उससे आपत्ति जताई तब वो सिलेंडर वापस लेगया, तथा मुझे यह बोलकर गया कि इसबार मैं आपको पूरा सिलेंडर लेकर आऊंगा। मेरे पास गैस नही है, कृपया शीघ्र मेरी सही तौल की गैस भिजवाएं, वरना मुझे अगले स्तर पर अपनी बात रखनी पड़ेगी।

Hi team, my consumer no is 7539120017.
From last four times my cylinder is not upto the weight, why i can say this as from last 5 years one cylinder was lasting for almost 4-5 months however from since'2019 its not last even for a month, i suspect issue with wight at the time of delivery.
Also i booked last cylinder on Saturday 29/jun/19, and getting sms that cylinder is delivered however noone has approached me yet to delivery.can u please look i to it urgent

I visited your agency 2 times but you didn’t solve the issue although i went today and someone told that we have to pick it up from the nev sarai like seriously how could we pick it up in this condition we can’t even come out from our houses so how did you think a customer can pick their cylinder from anywhere in this situation
Well this us not the first time you did this but you your delivery was so bad then also I wrote a letter but now we can’t go anywhere to pick and if there’s a issue then how is it possible that our neighbors are getting it delivered
