Kindly have this checked on priority failing which I will escalate the matter to Vigilance office of Indian Oil Corporation copying the Delhi State Office of Indian Oil Corporation on 19/01/2015.

Hi,
i had booked for gas refilled on 5th Feb 2015 and got a sms on 20th Feb 2015 as cash memo 3000369729 generated for booking no..589041 and saying that gas will be deliver shortly and again on the same day got one more sms saying that dear indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking with cash memo 3000369729 but still i didn't received the cylinder so far.
kindly look into this in urgent basis.

I booked filled gas cylinder on date 16 Feb 2015 got massage reference no. 596034 at7:23am but till today I am waiting for cylinder . previously same problem occurred . I had to buy a cylinder at market rate due to late delivery . this time situation is same .who is responsible for delay? What is use of subsidy if such delay occur regularly? I booked for gas refill on 5th Feb 2015 and got a message on 20th Feb 2015 with a cash memo 3000369712 generated for booking no..588895 and saying that gas will be deliver shortly.Again on the same day got one more sms saying that cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking with cash memo 3000369712 but I haven't received the cylinder so far.How to go about it ?

I booked a refill on 04.02.2015 through IV RS vide ref no. 588781 and cash memo no. 3000356371 generated on 11.02.2015.Further again on 25.02.2015 another cash memo no. 3000377062 generated. But the refill not delivered.It has happened in past too. While my aadhar card is already linked with bank & gas agency as I was getting gas subsidy in past too.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve.

I had booked a refil on 20th of this month, received an sms stating my ref no.598696 and booking for refil is registered still I hv nt received cylinder. Last mth also i booked an refil bt nt received cylinder at my place.Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis. Also revert me back stating wat u guys r doing for these issues.

I have not been experienced such delay since I got my connection. last month I had booked my cylinder but after a month waiting my request cancelled and no cylinder delivered. You can understand how it is difficult to manage one month without a gas cylinder I again booked the cylinder on 25th Feb 2015 but still waiting for cylinder. My connection No. is 18653.
