my consumer no is 14577 and I have book my cylinder at 08/11/2016 and and cash memo generate by you at 11/11/2016 but today I have receive another message which is "Cashmemo 3000140379 generated against ur refill booking No.452741 stands cancelled. Reason:Door Closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly" but in my house no body cannot come there. so please solve this issue.

my customer id is G-186, most of the time whenever i book gas cylinder, it took long time for delivery or i have to go to agency for collecting cylinder, now its almost completed one month and what reply i got today from them that they there is no cylinder in agency and they also dont know when it will be available. I am really fed up from their behaviour and want to change gas agency.
