I booked for LPG on 20.3.19 vide no 2-000269599341.I got sms on 22.3.20 that invoice no 5-100290472494 generated and cylinder is out on delivery. I am at home for last one week .but till date not received pl solve my problem

Delivery of cylinder is not appropriate. I fixed my cylinder on March 21 and it finished on April 5 by 9 o'clock . Taking extra payment and cylinders are half filled . Don't know who is doing it but I have suffered many times . So many problems with service . Help desk lady also not listening it . She doesn't attend calls properly.
