It has been a year we are facing the issue of late delivery. Every time we have to call and remind them. Last month .i.e decemeber 2014 i called them for non delivery of gas bottle. The very first reply they gave was that it takes 15 days to get the bottle delivered. I have booked gas bottle on 7st January 2015 but still i have not revieved the delivery. It has been 21 days now. Highly frustrated with the kind of services they provide.

Aaj 6 days ho gaye lekin Gascilinder mila nahi. Abi aapki Kirti Gas Service, Vejalpur me phone No. 079-26642003 pe baat hui. To wahan k aapke officer me bataya k aapka ye CASH MEMO no. Cancle ho gaya he. Q k 72 hours k baad cancle ho jata he. Mene unse kaha k aisa kese cancle ho gaya, to wo baate banane lage. Mene unse kaha ki agar naya Cash MEMO No. Bana he to muje msg kare, to wo baate ghuma firake karne lage. Aur bola k aaj aapko Gas diliver ho jayega.

Sir meri aap se Complain he ki ye log Gas cilinder BLACK karte he. Muje pakka yakin he ki Hamare ye cash MEMO no. Ka cilinder BLACK ho gaya he. Aur meri Hi nahi balke kai sare logo ki Complain he. Ye log khullam khulla black karte he. Inke area b fix he. Ye hamesa ka problem he.

Meri aap se vinanti he k aap plz is bare me koi action le, jisse shabhi ko sahayta ho.

This is to inform you that I have been facing this issue that we always receive our booked cylinder very late after following up for several times. The delivery person always sells the booked cylinder in black and updates the remarks that house was closed but our house is 27 x 7 open but such reasons are given and our bookd cylinder is sold in black I have caught that person many times and have complained to distributor but there is no effect on same

My booking confirmation no CX17221752 and I had booked my cylinder on 6-07-2017 and today is 01-08-2017 this all black business is also knowen to the distributor but he is also promoting the delivery person by not taking actions against him.

This is very ridicules and pathetic this kind of black business is on going from years and no action is taken against this .

I would now go to media and news paper reporters to stop this unhealthy business if required.

I would request others also to join this and go to media to stream line this and stop this activity of selling our booked gas in black by the delivery person.

This distributor is also not bothered to cross verify on the customers cell no if relay house was closed or not that means he might also have a share in this activity.

My Consumer no. CX29510735 and I have booked my cylinder on 12th October 2018. I got booking confirmation by SMS over registered mobile on 12th October 2018 vide booking no. 312214. But till today cylinder was not delivered to me. I was continuously asking them and directly meet them about the status.The office staffs are informing me that it will be delivered immediately.My old cylinder also empty now.Kindly do the needful.
