Connection not getting activated and no lpg subsidy received by Kameshwari Singh:

My connection is still in deactive state after multiple submission of activation form.
No lpg subsidy received however a lpg gas cylinder was delivered with no subsidy bill.
I fail to understand how exactly a gas cylinder was delivered when I received the message that the connection was deactive.
Also as per the claims of gas agency no subsidy is transferred or my connection activated.

HARSIDDHI GAS AGENCY is answering to any phone calls since last two working days. They have Two landline numbers 079-27663154, 27665356 and Mob 8000376738
I tried minimum 50 times on each of them. NO ONE ANSWERED. HOW TO REACH THEM IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ?
THEY CANCELLED REFILL BOOKING WITHOUT ANY REASON! NOT ANSWERING CALLS!
ARE THEY PUTTING THEIR PHONE RECEIVER ASIDE ALL DAY ?? so that NO ONE CAN DISTURB THEM FROM THEIR SLEEP ??

I have new gas connection purchase to me in harsiddhi gas agency but gas agency officer is submit into my id and address proof but not my address proof avalible in ahmd address address proof into my father name address so agency officer tell me to samatipatrak submit to 20 rs stamp so why reason to submit to samatipatrak so please provide information
