    Gas has been booked and booking nos is 17707 consumer no 3750000000107594199 and from hangsa gas agency assured that as on 2nd Nov'15 gas will be delivered without fail. But when contacted person concern who received the call contact no 08761844885 regularly telling that consumer no is not displaying in their system. But in the month of Oct'15 I personally went to Hangsa Gas Agency and changed my address and after that I have booked the gas also and booking no is 17707 and now how the consumer no is not displaying in the system its very surprising matter. Kindly take the matter seriously & resolve it

    My older gas pipe has torn out and there is leakage.So, I need a new gas pipe and its very much urgent.It will be your kind if I get it by today.

    To Hangsa Gas Agency,

    It is to inform you that a worst home delivery of cylinder service is been provided from your agency side.Its not only time but each and everytime your delivery person named(Kishore) used to communicate only false commitment that by today you will get your cylinder but it's never happened.I am actually irritated by such kind of service.You have 3 consumers from my home and all cylinders are empty and I already booked all and yesterday I contact your delivery guy(Kishore) but same type of false communication by his end.So I would request your to kindly look into the matter and please solve it asap or else I will have to change my gas agency .

    Hi team,

    We are facing a serious issue due to non availability of our domestic refill gas cylinder booked on 24th March 2020 with booking number 473031. When the delivery person visited our locality some 5 days back and when enquired about our he promise to deliver it the next day but till date he hasn't visited our locality. We tried to reach your office number but all the numbers are lending invalid.
    So please look into the matter on serious basis as there is a serious crisis of our domestic cooking gas in my home.There is no option left with us to get any means of getting a refill cylinder at this time crisis of state lockdown. Please help us to deliver our cylinder on priority on today itself.

    Actually I have done booking 18Dec..and second ..time booking..28dec but still not found and not respond to me... Hansa gas employee... that's it sir do something I'm worry... please sir
