    I have to inform you that i have already complied to DBTL long time back,and i have purchased cylinder twice at new rate but the subsidy not yet entered into account. The invoice are- 3000327869 dated 6-2-2015 and 3000367987 dated 4-3-2015.Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at an early date.

    Its been almost a month, while plenty of time, the cylinder delivery man came, they never delivered us, now that we are having trouble with the lack of cylinder, how are we suppose to cooperate well with you people, while we are following the rules yet you people are not, if nothing happens by today, i will get to consumer complain registration.also you people are extremely skillfull in ignoring calls.

    i am your coustmer,consumer id number 40364 i have booked my cylender before one month ago but till now i have not received gas cylender facing toon much trouble but today 13.2.17 i have receive a massage from my bank that my account has been credited for sum of rupees 267.02/-.but neighter gas cylender has been deleverd to us nor we have paid any amount to gas agency.and my address dilip kr barjatya hanuman tower room no.17 second floor basista charali guwahati 781029.

    Does the "Indane gas company" give insurance to the family,who loses life meeting with an accident or dies from cylinder accident. Coz the gas distributor never discloses this fact. How far it is true.. reply frankly...

    Delay in timely delivery of refill cylinder every month. Delivery of refill cylinder takes at least one month from the date of booking.

    Mai army me hu.mera city Gas service beltola guwahati branch me connection hai.mai jab bhi cylinder booking karta hu to mujhe 10 we 12 days ka time diya jata hai.but har bar mujhe at least 1 month tak ke bad delivered karta hai.city gas me cal karne ke bad ek ladies call receive karti hai but bat thik se nahi karti hai and call disconnect kar deti hai.branch me Jane ke bad cylinders turant de deta hai.lekin aise call karne par har bar bolta hai ki cylinder nahi hai.Jo delivered karne aata hai WO 50rupees leta hai delivery charge.take Action plz.

They are irregular,they dont respond to calls, they haven't been delivering to me even after many calls made to them,they just ignore. i go by name Madhurjya Jyoti Das, nilakantha apartment 5B,survey ajanta path.     A message also recived like -"Order for Cons No 10722 is registered with Ref No.2-000228585001.Refill expected delivery:27 days."
    But till today I have not recieved the cylinder .
    Pl do the needful.

    Request you to pls expediate and send the gas cylinder as soon as possible.

    Corrupted City Gas Agency by Abhigyan:

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    During the time of crisis, the city gas agency is corrupted and selling gas cylinders for money rather than the procedure. I have a booking of 21st March. I've got notification that the bill has been generated 5 days ago and it is out for delivery. However, it's been 40 days now and the gas is not delivered. And it is not so that my gas cylinder did not come yet. My neighbors who had booking of 8th April have got their cylinder by paying extra amount to the agency. I was under the impression that this is done by the delivery person, which is not so. Inspire of govt restrictions and lockdown, I've been bound to go out to the gas agency. There I could clearly see people collecting cylinders for booking of 10th April in exchange for money and yet they were not giving me my cylinder which was booked on 21st March. I am bound to say that your agency is promoting people to come out during the crisis and pay fees to the authority for money. I'm still from a middle class family and could you understand what the less privileged people are going through. I spoke to them over calls multiple times and even after visiting the agency they keep telling it will be delivered in 2 days, which never happens. Me and my family are living a life of borrowing food from neighbors and relatives, which is fine when it comes to national emergency but not due to corruption by the authority. I request you to please look into this matter and take action as appropriate to ensure rightful functioning of the agency. I'm very disappointed at this time. This is not what anybody would expect at this difficult time.
