Complaint against LPG Distributor - Utkal Indane
My Consumer no - 4010
First three subsidy amount were transferred to account of someone else.
Cash Memo - 3000116247 (Advance + Delivery), 3000135121 (Delivery) were transferred to some other consumer.
How do i get back those amount in my account? I have filed complaint numerous times and had to run from pillar to post.
Indane Customer care is worse than expected. They never respond.
Tried calling Customer Service Cell Officer at 0674-2740088 also. They never respond either.
(I have my account in Andhra Bank. Distributor linked my LPG with some other account that exists in SBI.)
Online DBTL complaint response is suggesting me to check with SBI.
Distributor even after committing the mistake never trying to resolve it. It seems Consumer court is the final resort.

Sir , I have booked my cylinder by mobile registration from 20.06.2015 but didn't get my cylinder till 1 month of registration . on 15.07.2015 I also gave a complaint in utkal indane office but there is no responce .

My Father staying alone and he is coming to my place to stay for 6 month. Since for a six month period, he will not refill his gas, is the connection will suspended? what are things he has to do now not to suspend his connection if so. Please give me details. Appreciate your help.
