Sir, I have a domestic LPG connection with your office since 2006. But automatically my connection transferred to other location. My SV No is 516826 and Consumer No is BF-5526 (Doubt)it may be BI-5526. Request intimate correct location to which my connection transferred on priority please.

Respected Authority,
I have a query regarding my default link transferred to my CENTRAL BANK ACCOUNT. I provided documents for my SBI ACCOUNT ONLY to get subsidy money, that would be transferred to my SBI account only but by fault my subidy link was transferred to central bank.
Due to some legal problems my central bank has been blocked and I can't withdraw my subsidy money further if I book a gas cylinder.
So I request you to please link my gas cylinder to my SBI ACCOUNT, so that I can withdraw my subsidy money.
Hopefully i wish you will soon solve my query.

Previously cash was being transferred to my state bank account. But since last two cylinders I have purched, my subsidy money is not being deposited in my account. Today I have booked for another cylender. In a year, I book less than 8 cylenders. Nobody in the agency Istadeep Indane is prepared to listen to the complain. Whether I will get my money or not?

Mr lpg gas connection no.17651 is deactivated. I have submitted KYC and filled up all forms since 15 days. For several times I I personally contacted the authorities, telephoned them as a reminder. But The connection is not yet activated. The distributor in not available during office hours to listen to the grievance. I donot know when will be taken up?

The delivery boy is not checking our gas while delivering gas. When we are facing a leakage problem they are not coming in time to check due to which we are facing a problem please try to solve our problem in time.
