I am a consumer of your agency. l booked my gas on dated 4.1o.2015.by reference number306816.l got a massage that your gas was delivered on 6.10.2015.by refrace no.39000057032.but till today gas was not delivered.this type of practis is always done by your vender name apply.he can't give the cash memo also.my consumer no is .cx12117494.so take the action.thanks

I have delivered gas on issuing receipt no. 3000109639 on booking of gas vide booking no.390342 dated 19/11/2016.But till date I have not received my subsidy.on enquiry from gas agency, advised that you have surrendered your subsidy. While I have not done. I have already submitted my aadhar card to the agency as welllb as to Our Bank which has been branded on my passbook. Please arrange to cancel the mandate for surrendering my subsidy, which has been not done by me and oblige. With regards.

booking system is good,delivery service needs
improvement.even after issuing of memo,for getting delivry company has to be contacted.but landline service rarely responded.this must improve.

This is very common with Madhu Gas Agency. Please enquire and see to it that gas is delivered and this doesn't happen again
