Hi, I am really pissed off with the service being reindered by your local distributor M/S K. C Indane Seva (Bhagalpur , Bihar, Contact No. / Dealer No. - 0641-2303035). I am struggling with the updation of the Bank Account No. - SBI - 10524155819 against my consumer ID - 4504. My account is in the name of my mother name - Mrs. Kishori Devi. For the past 2 transaction, I have not recieve any subisdary. I tried calling the local vendor no. - 0641-2303035. But no positive response. They simply disconnect the call. Moreover, your customer care - 18002333555 is also not responding. Please help in closure of the complain and getting the case resolve asap. It seemed, we people are being harassed. My father name is Ashok Prasad Gupta in aadhar and bank passbook and in Indian gas agency my father name is Ashok lal. So sir due to this reason I did not take the benefit of subsidy.
