    Gas cylinder not received by Chander Kanta:

    This is to bring to your notice that I am your customer for Gas cylinder from past 20 yrs.

    Today (21-Jan), we came to your agency for cylinder. we have paid the amount and got the payment receipts, even though we have not got the cylinder. we visited the agency twice and spent almost Rs 70-80 by riksha/-. We tried calling to agency at 01276230389. it kept on busy all the time asif somebody had held up the phone and put the receiver down.

    Request you please provide the same on priority. My connection details are given below.

    I am a customer having connection no. 16735. I visited agency counter today at 11.00 AM for taking cylinder. The person on the counter said that they have collected the Gas booklet at 10.30 AM. What is this practice? This practice does not maintain proper transparency. How a common man know that everything is going smooth even 10.30 is not the time to close the window. It is a common feature on this agency. The act of the officials in this agency are arbitrary and does not hold the customer friendly approach. Proper transparency is not being maintained. No notice board of the cylinder availability is being filled.Strict action must be initiated against the employee of this agency so that such type of practice could be stopped.

    Fed up by extremely poor service of CONFED GAS service Bahadurgarh.. never picks phone , if by luckily we got call connected, they makes excuse shortage of staff, rude response...awaiting for home delivery for last 20 days.plz take action for this.

    This is to bring to your notice that the delivery service has been stopped for past 3 months due to staffing problem and you can see delivery staff sleeping at agency during working hours.

    When you go to agency to pick the cylinder by yourself the cylinder is not available due to shortage.

    It's been almost 3 months that it has been the same way.

    Nobody picks the phone at the counter or its busy all the time.

    The staff is really rude and does not care for customer grievances.

    Confed gas agency jhajjar road bahadurgarh not accepting gas transfer.last three days demands different documents and now on today confed manager approve the connection but his cleark want money to do this .when I refused he take out application and said we have no load of new basant vihar area. Kindly see this matter

Also then i have not get it and when i have asked something the person who is sit on a computer they are pushing me and said go where u go and complian where you want and when u have asked for complain book they said complain book has been lost and all staff are misbehaving with us me and my son

    Not transferring gas connection from Ram gas service to Confed gas service by Akash verma:

    My name is akash verma.I am living in Omaxe city ,Bahadurgarh. Earlier I had gas connection in Ram gas service but they were ñot doing home delivery because Omaxe city comes under Confed gas service.Due to this reason I had requested to change my gas connection from Ram gas service to Confed gas service through TTV on 13.09.15 but One of the employee "Raj Kumar" who is looking after gas agency counter .He is not doing his work properly & making harassment to me by not processing his documentation work further.due to this reason I am not able to get gas connection from last 7 days.pl. do the needful asap. My TTV NO. is 300000023651299.
    Kindly take the necessary action against "Raj kumar".

    It is to bring to your notice that. I am suffering from physical ailments from a year now. To run my kitchen i need gas cylinder. On my behalf i have sent my son to get it refilled. Despite siting the reasons of my inability to come they have not refilled the cylinder on numerous times. Today when i went myself to get it refilled they had closed the shutter down during working hours. I feel a customer is being humiliated at this agency and this time i have faced the problem. The incharge of cash transactions and computers denied the refilling of gas citing "ab to main ghar ja raha hu fir se ana" means i am going home you must come later on. There was no senior authority present at the site as well. He locked the shutter and went ahead despite making requests.

    I am just taking some enquiry for an old connection, but the computer operator of confed gas agency bahaduŕgarh is not treating in good manner he insult me and said get out from here we dont have any other work ? Get away badly treated kindly please take some necessary action !
