Dear sir,
We are calling to your agency since morning to evening phone no is 2669391,2602090,2669390.very cheap service your agency.Iam already own no register for gass purpose but iam not remember what was number so we required contact no whose resistered for gass.

It is intimated that before 15 days I have booked Gas through registered no. of Indane and received a message to deposit the Bank detail and copy of Aadhar Card. I have deposit the same on 31.12.2014. I have received a message from IH-INDANE that Cash memo 3000087395 generated for booking no.228449, shall be delivered shortly. But, til date we have not received GAS. Recently, I again booked GAS on 07.01.15 but no response has been received. It is also intimated that I am calling to your agency 2-3 times today on phone no is 2669391. But no body pick the phone calls.
My consumer no. is 1722 and contact no. is 9416269483. Hoping for favorable action.

Although the prescribed lunch timings mentioned by the Rishi gas agency situated at Babyal,haryana is 1pm to 2 pm but the service provider has there booking office door closed upto 2:30pm.In the era of competition where the need of hour is customer service,this kind of behaviour by the staff is not acceptable.Please look into this matter.

Respected Sir,
I am holding Indane gas connection at Rishi Gas Agency, Babyal, Ambala Cantt, Haryana.
Recently I visited there as I was facing issue to book cylinder online and the number provided by them was not working, the staff was not responding either helping. Also a lot of people was there suffering for same issue. The lady named- Tannu and other person Ajay behaving very rudely and not giving any proper solution. In past there was also so many complaints regarding same issue. Staff was making useless excuses. It was such an terrible experience. Till date, I am unable to book gas cylinder and they are not giving solution.
It is an humble request, please do the needful.
