Dear bright gas
I have purchase bright gas 16.6 kg cylinder on 15-10-2015 in sarawathi gas agancy Tirpur. On that same day we gone some out station. On 18 - 10 - 2015 we started to use that cylinder.. That time we found leak in cylinder. There after I make compliant in Tirupur agancy. They reply me on same day the service people will came they will rectified your problems. But yet we not get any type of help from there. Here I want know if you are the correct person may i make register compliant to you. If not make me know.please reply.

I applied for slender but they not given every day they just say toady we will come but come what we need to do should we do case agaist the agency or what.

Dear Sir
Last month I took new connection from bright gas service , Asarwa -380016.
Phone :- 079 22681324.
Paid 3750.00 of invoice and security deposit 3050.00/-
Got only hose pipe and burner, pressure regulator. Next day received 2 bottle.
But one the bottle was leaking. Complaint on office and next day one person came to check. He said it need to be replace. We will take it and give you new, he said.
This was nearly 5th or 6th of April.
We are calling everyday for replacement but till date no body is comming. Even office phone is not available.
We afraid of any kind of big disaster to take place in our home. Who will be responsible for that.
I request you to take strict action regarding my problem and solve it in next two days.
