Hi Sir,
Hope you are fine.
i m feeling very bad to inform you that i have LPG connection from indane i had a single cylinder running on my relatives name.
so i decided to submit my connection and purchase new connection owned by me.
I visited to Indane office "Apna Bazar" Laldarwaja,Ahmedabad.After two round the officer has received my regulator and after completing whole process i had visited four times for new regulator but till now i m hearing that new regulators are not available.
There is the poorest response i ever felt in my life.no one is answering over the phone.we have no cylinder right now and the officer is not responding properly.
shall i request you to please look in the matter and solve it ASAP.

I had booked my cylinder dated 25/05/2017 with consumer no.9737105 with Ref no.404844,Cash memo no.3000059128 and as per telephonic record it was delivered on 06/06/2017.
Today date is 28/06/2017 still we had received our cylinder. Almost one month passed away.Same is happened with our neighbour.Our distributor no. is 079-25433056 but they are pick up the phone.This big scam is caring on.Please do needful as our all cylinder empty.My cell no. is 7405891633

Your one of the staff member who usually come to collect Gas Cylinders from our society, Girivar Residency, Opp. Yogeshwar Park, Vastral, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, has collected filled and unfilled Cylinder unofficially from many homes of our society and ran away. We tried to reach him but he is not responding. His name is Kalu and phone number is - 8511817082. It has been more than 10 days, since we have not received back our cylinders.
The Home from where he stole the Cylinders: D-404, D-401 and may other. Kindly take immediate action.
