Nitin Jairam Gadkari is an Indian politician from Maharashtra who is the current Minister for Road Transport & Highways in the Government of India. He is also the longest serving Minister for Road Transport & Highways currently running his tenure for over 7 years. Gadkari earlier served as the President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from 2009 to 2013.
He is also known for his work as the Public Works Department Minister of the State of Maharashtra, where, under his leadership, a series of roads, highways and flyovers across the state were constructed – including the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, India's first six-lane concrete, high-speed expressway. Gadkari is closely associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), which is headquartered in his home constituency of Nagpur.

I am a driving license holder being No.NT/AS-25/K/13192/2015/AMG validity up to 17-11-2015. I approached before the DTO, Kamrup, Amingaon for obtaining Smart Card driving license for third time, but I found most of the employees absent till 11:30 a.m. On the other hand the DTO is also found till 1:00 p.m. Further I like to inform that the application for obtaining smart card driving license has not taken by the authority as the same is not signed by concerned DTO. I would further like to inform that, i being an employee of judicial department, it is very much difficukt for me to visit the DT Office for several time. Taking signature of concerned DTO is not a duty on my part. Further the DTO, Kamrup, Amingaon is full of DALAL. The employees of the said office do not give importance to the public the give importance to DALAL. Therefore people like me is facing lot of problems in this office. Therefore i request you kindly to take investigation and to punishe the inobident employees.

आदरणीय सर् सर् मैंने "आप की अदालत " कार्यक्रम बड़े ध्यान से सुना और देखा, सर् मै short में कहना चाहूंगा कि मैंने 2007 में 15 yr की age में हार्ट का आपरेशन करवाया जिसमें मेरे दिल मे मशीन लगाया गया था और मै अभी garaduation कर के कोपिटीशन का तैयारी कर रहा हू मै बहुत गरीब फैमिली से beongs करता हु। उस समय आपरेशन का चार्ज 150000 रुपए लगे अभी तो आपकी सरकार ने काफी पैसे कम कर दिए। इसके लिए धन्यवाद । सर् मैं आपके कामो ओर आपका सादगी जीवन से काफी प्रभावित हु। सर् मै शार्ट में कहना चाहूं। तो ओरेशन के बाद मेरे आखों में -3.75 पॉवर लग गया जो कि रेलवे ,defance में नही जा सकते है।sir आपसे उमिद है कि आप मुझे सहायता करेंगे ओर आप मुझे कही न कही जॉब job अवश्य देंगे।वैसे मै राजनीतिक में भी बहुत रुचि रखता हूं। जय हिंद ,मोबाइल 9934189513

As per msme notification SD money against success bidders/tenderer is examted. Indian railways started to take 10 percent performance guaranty Instead of Security deposit. Which is difficult to deposit by msme registered organisation. Pls to send the notification regarding exemption of performance guaranty.

As per msme notification grant of benefits to small scale units are waiver of Security deposite. But Indian railways started to take performance guaranty instead of Security deposite. Performance guaranty is the equivalent to security deposit. Which is not possible to deposit by the msme registered organisation. Pls to send a copy of waiver of performance guaranty as per msme notification or to pass a order for waive of performance guaranty for msme units. Which will most helpful to all msme units.
