I am in receipt of your trailing Mail, My comments are as under:
- I have been posted at Agra eff 02.03.12 .
- Accordingly I have applied for passport to your GZB office with NOC from my employer M/S Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd .
- I have also submitted Place of posting letter from Sr HR officer indicating that at present I am posted at Agra
- Since I am posted at Agra eff 02.03.12, Agra SSP office has verified my record for the period 02.03.12. to till date in my presence.
- They have only stated in verification report that I permanently belongs to Bareilly and Police verification may be done from Bareilly if required.
- There is no adverse report/ comments from Agra police. They have filled the required form/ report in my presence and taken my signature also.
They have simply stated that since I belongs to Bareilly , police verification may be done from Bareilly.
Hope above clarifies the matter .
Kindly arrange to close the file in view of above explanation. I do not think that any other clarification is required . If police verification is required to be done from Bareilly , please send the file to Bareilly for their remarks.

Hello, Myself Shibshankar sen, file no GZ1070119072816. Recently I renewed my passport from Gaziabad office & received new passport timely. But in my passport some printiing problem observed, this I came to know When I was travelling to foreign country, immegration officer reported that passport scanning was not possible due to printing problem. With this passport I can't travel next time. Kindly give me solution to overcome my problem.

I stay in Sector 25 Noida, PIN 201301. I am applying for re-issue of Passport online using the recommended method of filling the form off-line and then up-load. Sector 20 police station is the one for Sector 25. When I upload the form it does not complete the process asking me to correct police station entry. I tried entering Sector 24 but that too does not work. I have physically checked with Sector 20 police station and they have confirmed that Sector 20 is the police station for Sector 25, Noida - 201301.
Please suggest how to resolve the problem.

I have applied a passport ( Normal service ) more than a month before. and police verification also has been done. after police verification has submitted adverse report for current address and file is under review at rpo ghaziabad.
