Complaint Delay in passport service

Hi. I have applied a passport ( Normal service ) more than a month before. and police verification also has been done. after police verification has submitted adverse report for current address and file is under review at rpo ghaziabad. This message appears for last one month and no updation has been done to it what is the procedure further to get this issue resolved. Can u please resolve the issue as i want my passport urgently.
