Dear Sir,
This query is regarding the passport delivery status for my nephew named MUHAMMED MINHAJ, S/O SHAIBIR PANIKKAVEETTIL, File Number : CO3067965008114. His passport application has been granted on 25th September 2014 & I believe no police verification is required for him as he is an infant. As per the information provided on "passportindia.gov.in" website, passport will be delivered to the addressee on third day after the receiving of police verification. As per this, time limit was already expired. So could you please inform me the status of his passport.

I would like to inform you that I am Sreeni narayan in Qatar.sir I submitted my passport (G0056953)for the renewal in cultural centre at Doha(receipt No.164099) in Qatar on September first week.i didn't receive new passport yet now because of the verification problem ie presently I am staying in haripad in new house.my previous passport is in old address so I submitted the passport for renewal in new address .here I have only adhar card for identification proof.now we submitted the application form in village officer to prove both address are the same person.sir but issue is police verification report send back because of lack of identification proof.sir my passport is expired on September.so I want to go for vacation coming month.so I humbly request to you take a need action upon this subject

I had taken passport during 1992 from cochin passport port office when I was working in Indian Navy and I had neither used this passport nor renewed after the first issue. After retirement from Indian Navy, I joined in Central Government service. My passport was misplaced somewhere and it is not traceable. I do not have the details of the passport issued to me. Now, I wish to apply for a fresh passport, kindly guide me as to what is the procedure for applying passport in this circumstance. Your guidance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
