My self ribu Kurian I am a central government employee and I am working in bhuj , Gujrat . I take Noc for passport . Is it necessary to apply for passport on present working place. can I apply for passport at my home state with valid Noc.

Dear sir/madam,
I am an NRI working in Muscat,Oman.In order to apply for my minor children's passport I approached Indian Embassy in Muscat. I was advised by the embassy officials that my wife who is residing in Kerala, need to only fill in the annexture C form and submit along with my passport copy. No other attested document from the embassy is required from my end as per the govt. of India, ministry of foreign affairs circular released on 23rd Dec.2016. Unfortunately the passport seva kendra at Kottayam refuses to process the passport application of my children and has now asked for me to submit another form annexture D in original for the same.This has caused lot of inconveniance not only to my family back home, but also to other families with similar needs. I seek your advise in this regard.

I was working in Saudi for last 3yrs and I came for vacation for 15days last October.unfortunately I met with an accident and I cannot go back .now my visa expired.now I applied for newzeland nursing registration programme.can I go to newzeland with this passport .I am afraid because I came for entry re entry visa .I already got the police clearance from saudi.wheather I need anything else from saudi.

Sir,I paid RS.2000 for a fresh passport on 26th may 2017 through net banking ...... But the issue is we booked appointment on 1st June 2017 ... There was no time mentioned and also when I login again it shows me MAKE YOUR PAYMENT .... I just want my money back to be refunded .... There was no answer's for my calls ... Kindly refund back my money...
