REspected Sir,
I board everyday metro from uttamnagar east metro station to NOida city centre to get deboard on BOtanical Garden. Its timing is not fixed sometimes it come at 7:03a.m sometimes before that sometimes after that. and it reaches to botanical garden sometimes at 8 sharp sometimes at 8:07 and sometimes to extreme 8:15. it is very difficult for me or many other passengers to take office cabs or bus. Kindly look this matter carefully. from previous last week continously it stops between on some station and repeat the message. Sorry for delay or inconvenience coast. Sorry is not enough for everyday ONce in a blue moon its ok. but i am seeing from last one week it reaches to botanical garden 8:15 Please look after this matter and Start more noida city centre metro from Uttam nagar east to noida city centre. One metro for Noida city centre on uttam nagar east metro station come at 6:42 a.m ya 6:45a.m and another comes at 7:03a.m ya 7:05a.m, 15 or 20 minutes gape is a big time period sir kindly Start new metro from dwarka or uttam nagar to NOida city centre.. Its very important kindly seriously look this matter

Dear sir.
today evening I bought one ticket in dwarka mor travel to kashmere. I gave 500rs to Cash counter person. He collected my money after he gave change and he counted clearly 400rs and suddenly he hide 100rs. U return the change of amount 350rs with bill. But I didn't recognized that time he hidden my 100rs.
When I'm getting train I just saw my purchase I really shocked he gave 350rs only. Unbelievable He is totally fraud please check cctv footage on that time. I have clearly mention timing also.

Sir I travel daily From dwarka mor metro to Noida. Today morning this female checking staff at station towards platform to Noida. She become highly rude and stated using harsh words and abusive language towards me. This kind of inappropriate behaviour is not expected sir. I want to to look into the matter and do the needful for the same.

Dear sir,
I spent 200 rupees on recharge at dwarka mor but the recharge is not successful please refund immediately and the costumer care(the persons who helps recharges our cards)is not willing to help me i have all the payment screenshots with me and this happened at around 7pm to 8pm
