Dear sir ,madam today my brother travelled in metro from peeragardi to 21 when he tried to pour his token inside hole of token the token appected by gate nt opened then there was lady assistance she denied and kept on urgue on him he is in 10th student she forced him to keep stand for long time he had my documents he want travel for airport link where my one of friend coming from India to Singapore so I need my some documents so he did not pass my documents on his time he got late due to that lady arguments and she is who for allowing a traveller I shame on her or her attitude now all things went waste from our side time money and service u must make sure now to teach him lesson or I want she must be suspended from his job Brazil my friend now went for catch his flight before his timing due to this lady mistakes we all paid slot and she gave more suffers now she must make sure for his punishment this togllay matter happaned before 20mints

News paper issue at dwarka sector 21 by SERAJ:

It has been observed that dwarka sector 21 staff not displaying news paper on time specially Hindi news paper put inside when asked them for news paper they replied khatam ho gaya same time CISF and some regular passengers known asked him Hindi news paper and he give them from inside the cabin. Same of the staff found took bundle out side the metro station might be they are selling out side.
Request you to please look into this matter.

I want to complaint against two wheeler parking at dwarka sector 21. New parking agency not providing the staff who manage and arrange the vehicle properly. Every time several vehicles parking uneven position due to this facing problem and some time found dents on bike. Most important exit gate must be 2 instead of 1 they unable to manage the vehicle and billing.
