I registered a complaint regarding no current on 19-09-2018 at 10.40pm. The docket no is 1000113095. I reside at jaya nagar kalaburgi. Again I called to the number 220627 at 11.30 pm. The answer i got is it will be solved soon. But till 4.30am next day no response. I got a call at 4.30 am on 20-09-2018 from keb regarding the problem.when I asked for the delay , the answer was line fault. I wanted to tell you in our area except 8 to10 houses the current was there. Then why so much delay in solving the problem?

sir my consumer number is4953599922.Its TP consumern number its average bill is around 900 rupees but fot this month it is 2311 rupees .Actually we were not used power that much so please resolve this complaint

I Prahlad Shinde residental of ramnagar coloney in BIdar Town . My meter Number is CL-63179A . I face lot of problem from old wire of pole after 2 day we face disconnection of supply from pole always the fuse of that pole will break. I also complain to Anil Kumar (AEE) of KEB Bidar office and also the JE of our area still they are not doing anything.
If not are doing the work properly then why you are charging ASD fees or different fees
If we complaint at customer care then the lineman come and ask for money still not behaviour properly.
I hope you understand my problem.
