Dear Sir/Madam,
With regard to the above subject I wanted to request you for the extension of the validity of student bus pass for the year 2020-21. Since the offline classes were stopped as soon as I had made my bus pass and now the colleges are once again open and now I will have to apply for a new bus pass. As I did not use my previous bus pass as much as it should have been used, it is my kind request for you to extend the validity of it.

In the Konanakute -Amruthnagar main road Buses are stoped extra than bus stop.
We have large space to stop buses in Harinagar cross. But buses are stoped there and moving 50 mts opposite to Chunchunghatta mian road again stoped there to creating traffic jam. In peak hours it is very difficult to cross this junction.
Pls instruct drivers to stop buses only at Harinagar cross only
Pls do the needful. Co-operate to reduce traffic jam
