Not getting redund of my missed my flight with PNR no. Y3GZGM because of wrong sms from airasia by Yashpal Soni:

I could not not fly in flight with PNR no. Y3GZGM on 1st May.And i understood that i missed this flight because of sms sent on 30th April'22.Sms explains that flight time has been revised to 19.30 on 1st May.(same has been attached)
When I checked this detail with ground officer Sumit, he explained that this flight time had been rescheduled for Pune to Bangalore, and it was written in the flight booking city code(PNQ-BLR). This code is NOT understandable by laymen(As i am not a frequent traveller by flight).
I want to be reimbursed for the other flight fare to pay on the same day as airasia was not available on the same day for bangalore.
I am 200% sure I would have understood it if it were written in human readable form.
Find below a snapshot of an important announcement in the airport , and is written in layman understandable format.
They are ready to refund the whole amount for the airaisa flight which i could not fly, and the amount is INR14160.
But I want a full refund of the inidgo flight which i booked on urgent basis, and no airasia flight was available for the rest of the day.The Flight ticket of inidgo is 35,044 INR.Indigo flight tickets are attached for your response.
