Today morning i made online payment for yearly subscription of Rs. 299 through State Bank of India online banking and Payment reference no. is 13838524093IGALUJCQR3 dtd. 19.08.2021
narration TO TRANSFER INB Viacom 18 Media Private L. Payment has been done successfully, i got the message from the bank as per i given you the payment ref. no. and date, i received successfully message from the bank, but on voot app i got the error for subscription failure. this is something i don't understand after making a payment how can subscription has not been done and i received failure message.
please check my transaction details and subscribed my voot subscription for 1 year, at most earlier, please do the needful

Your application is so worst , nothing is working , screen mirroring also not working properly , after 5 minutes it stop . Any serial , series , movies not working propely , Even i tried from my data as well from wifi .
As comparison to your appliaction hotstar and zee5 working very well and smoothly.
