Tried to subscribe your online streaming site yesterday in order to watch asur. The payment site is not accepting valid rupay debit card or valid mastercard debit card. All the other sites are accepting. N your site is very slow with multiple overlap of advertisement over running programme. That's you can sort hear both dialogues n advertisement simultaneously which is irritating

I had created my Voot account with the above credentials. I wanted to explore the Voot, so I thought of starting my free trial. I clicked the link of 'Start your free trial now'. It did not accept the debit card, but it accepted UPI. So I made my payment using Google pay with UPI ID: ksts135@oksbi. It debited Rs. 499 from my account, and the account I got was a yearly subscription and not a free trial.
I was tricked into it. It is my humble request that you either refund my money or convert it into a free account so that I can cancel it. Please consider the fact that I am a student and not a working person. These 500 rupees hit hard on me.

I have done yearly subscription of my voot. While selecting payment method, I have selected UPI and done payment with phone pe. My Amount 499/- got deducted from my account. I am also send the snap shot of my transaction.

Hey! I am Lakshmi. I have buy the voot select plan of Rs.99 on August 26, 2020..but on September 27 again Rs.99 were deducted for same plan..which I don't want...kindly refund my Rs.99...i don't want another plan..I will recharge when I want in future.

Sir maine 499 ka voot subscription liya iske baad v voot se kuch dwnld nahi kr paa rahe..agr bina subscription liye voot pr aap show dekh skte hai fir 499 ka subscription kyu le viewers..voot ne subscription ke liye kaha but jb subscription liya uske baad v koi show dwnld nahi kr paa rahe.. voot cheated me.. Main regular show nahi dekh pati hu isiliye subscription liya but voot ne apne viewers ko cheat kiya hai.. Main 1 yr ke subscription ka kya karu agr main dekh nahi sakti...online show toh kisi or app mein v dekha jaa skta hai.. Really disappointed
