I have purchased an electronic product i.e. whirlpool washing machine which is been purchased on 31/08/2016.the product is giving frequently problem of getting off. and as per my invoice this issue can be covered under warranty.Then why am i been asked to pay for the same???

Dear sir, i have purchased milcent flour mill on 12.8.2020, got defective piece delivered on 16.08.2020 which was taken back, and redelivered on 22.08.2020, without original bill by delivery person. now have to do failure follow up for demo, and the no 0261 671 2222 hardly picked and if they pick up call no proper response given.
