Hello Sir/Madam,
Myself Poonam Dixit as a Purchase Head from Ramkrishna Bazar, we are having 10 Outlets of Supermarket in Kalyan & Dombivali of Ramkrishna Bazar. This is to inform you that we are in Modern Trade & from last six months we are not getting schemes and display of Kellog's. Due to this sale of Kellogs has become less in Ramkrishna Bazar from last six months which is affecting our Business growth. We are giving schemes to customer every month in other products like HUL, P & G, Britannia, Parle etc but since we are not getting extra schemes from Kellog's, we are unable to give schemes for customer & even cannot highlight Kellog's product. As you know we are in Modern Trade, other companies are regularly giving monthly schemes to us. We are not able to focus on Kellog's products due to above mentioned reason. So kindly request you to please give us extra schemes, 100% product availability and ASM to coordinate for sale growth which will be beneficial for both of us. Please do the needful as soon as possible & waiting for your early reply.

We have a supermarket in Aligarh and in business from last 10 years with Kellogg's but now distributor R K ENTERPRISES is not ready to change our expiry first they take huge order to complete their target and also they do not visit regularly now if their product expired now they are ignoring us this is very unprofessional behavior of company plz see in this matter ASAP otherwise it is very difficult for us to keep Kellogg's products in our store
