I got v guard water heater service on last Saturday regarding heater is not heating. Now again the same problem is occured. Service charge rs.390/-was collected. Your service is not satisfied. Kindly arrange right person to solve the issue and ensure the issue will not repeate atleast one year.

I have compliant register on 10 th Jan 2012. Technician visit and checked on 20. He informed coil stock not available at this time . I have order placed. You will wait 2 days. We shall get coil, immediately installed. But around one month completed yet to be repair done. This water heater purchase on Jun 2020. Warranty available 2 years . Why not repair what's your problem may I konw.
