V-Guard water heater problem by Suthanthirakumar:

We purchased V-guard instant water heater (3 litre) Iris in the month of August 2022 through online. I would like to register my complaint and following are the problem. It is on warranty period,
1, Water is not getting heated
2. One or two mugs only we get heat water
3, We have same brand in our 1st floor, when we switch on the new heater we get shock in 1st floor heater.
We request you to send some one and rectify the problem, couple of months we are trying to reach your customer care it says out of service.
