My parcel docket no BDD530048959 booked on 07 Oct Saturday online tracking shows on 9 Oct Monday at 11.00 am out of delivery but no body has delivered and your saying you need yourself to pick up the parcel we don't have people to deliver.
Is this way of communication professionals courier is going to achieve their vision and business goal
Very bad now in future not going to take service of professional courier, even not going to recommend anyone to use professional courier services.
