Disaster of a service, especially when it comes to smaller cities and towns, postal service is far better than professional couriers.
A 500 gm package from Munnar in Kerala to Thanjavur in tamil nadu has taken more than 5 days and still not reached while tracking shows it reached tanjore the second day itself. If servicing in a particular place cannot be done, please don't accept couriers for particular place.

@ professional couriers I guess you'll have a franchised team in Tanjore, please note they cannot handle operations, recommend you'll to shut your operation there and make the place non serviceable. This is my second experience where packages take more than a week to be delivered in Tanjore. A disastrous rude mannered team operating there is just ruining the company's reputation.

Courier delivered to Patna on 3rd August 2021 but still it is not deliver to the destination. Whenever i called professional courier at Patna they assured me since 4 days that it will deliver today or tomorrow but still its not deliver. I tried to called your people but they are not responding & cut the phone. How bad services you are given. If its not possible to deliver the courier to destination then better to close your service. If servicing in a particular place cannot be done, please don't accept couriers for particular place.
This is my first experience where packages take more than a week to be delivered at Patna. A disastrous rude mannered team operating there is just ruining the company's reputation. Its such a bad experience which i faced from you. Again i am requesting you to deliver my courier by tomorrow any how other wise i will lodged a complaint in Consumer forum.

The man who delivered me the courier is very rude and shouting at my door step. And he calls from the office and asks me where is the address. If they don't know to deliver the thing in address why do you PPL send the courier via them
