As per above said subject we had purchase TWo Texmo openwell motor From Kashiko Trading Company Kopargaon Tal Kopargaon,Dist Ahmednagar State MAharashtra pin code 423603 on 9.5.2017 with bill no 1449.
On 26.9.17 we had put motor Sr No 60101088357 into well &body earth on 8.10.2017 means within 10 to 12 days motor failure occurs.Hence you are reequested to give warranty replacement of 12.5 Hp Openwell motor

Very sorry to inform the matter which is faced yesterday, i purchased texmo monooblock motor from ramakrishna engineering srikakulam in the month of june 2018, unfortunately the motor not working properly due to some defects,yesterday dated 14.3.19 visited ramakrishna engineering srikakulam and i have stated my motor problem, then concerned dealer replied like this, to take the motor and make it repair at private mechanic, it is very to say even it is on warranty period, why should i take private mechanic. It is highly irresponsible of concerned dealer, i want justice in this matter, unless i will approach to consumer court.. Thank you
