2HP or 3 HP motor taking 40 amps voltage initially and slowly come back to 25 amps, so we need solution for this

Hi TSP3 1 HP motor is stopped working after 2 months of usage. I think this is not seal product is sold by my distributor. Service person just said it's due to wear and tear. its is wonder doe the product which has 2 years of warranty and its teared in 2 months. They asked me to get the product to distribution office tomorrow an will be rectified at the cost of 2300INR.
Great product quality came with great customer service team. Please rectify this ASAP as we are still waiting for someone from next level can reach us on this issue.
