My name is Kiran Mody (9885111122)
On 15th Feb I had ordered thru Swiggy for pickup & deliver 2 different items (4 nos)
as per bill given below.
I also visit Tatva for dinning.
When the parcel was delivered I found that the box was 75% full.
When the same item is ordered at restaurant, it is good enough for about 7 persons
To my surprise as I found it less, ordered one more plate each.
This was ultimately barely enough.
The second round the box was filled to the brim.
I am surprised to note why this difference in quantity for the same item ordered at an interval of
one and half hour.
Who is responsible for this goof up, either you fill it less than we eat in the restaurant or with swiggy

Every time I order it ask for location I click my location it says sankalp Central park medak block yadavagiri
But all delivery boys says they got location as cftri either it is their app mistake or you have to update your location map of Mysore.
As far my knowledge I click sankalp Central park , it takes medak block , but there is no medak block in sankalp Central park. There is petunia, ivy, aspen,etc
Today also same he gone tocftriand telling you given wrong locationhow can it be in my phone it says sankalp Central park, medakblock I do not have any idea how it happens. They themselves cancelled the ordersating
that location is wrong and charging me to pay entire amount of293/-without seeing or tasteing I have been charged for no fault of mine.
I am not happy with this type of service. Why should I pay when it is not my fault of me if your app is faulty.

When I Received my parcel and said thank you to that parcel boy in replied very rudely he told me "aap ke wajah se mera dusra parcel late ho gy hai".
