refund of recharge amount by gutha ravi:

Sir
I have recharged twice @ 159 + 159 on 14 Apr 2018 to sundirect card No 41412597415 due to non receipt/ shown of sucesssful of recharge message from sundirect.
I have approached to customer care for unsuccessful of recharge. Your representative MR Sahid told that due network problem sometimes recharge will be done after sometimes but this is not understood how can it possible without confirmation to the customer.
Sir please check my account and refund Rs 159/- as I want only one month recharge. An early confirmation is requested please.
