A friend has sent an important courier from Tirupur. Consignment no 63305427172. Our address is 3034, Sobha Forest view, 100 feet road , Off Kanakapura, Bangalore, 560062, Karnataka. Your delivery person says they do not deliver in this area at all.. he is calling us to different places far from our place to accept our Consignment. Or we have to pay extra so that they deliver at our door steps. What type of courier service is this? Why do you advertise yourself to be reliable etc if this is the kind of service you provide? Can anything be done at all?

Parcel had been sent on 08th of September (Pondichery to Tuticorin). Parcel contains Plants. But the above mentioned delivery guy is not sending the parcel to me. Last 3 days he is holding my parcel. Daily he is telling tomorrow will deliver tomorrow will deliver. Please take necessary action. I dont want to continue with ST courier going forward. He is not even responding me properly.

If the product is not available to the specific location 604403 (Kilkodungalore) why they accept it.? Or they might even call to the mobile no which given along with address. I should have come and collected. it just 15 min travel distance where it got returned as a no service (604408 - Vandavasi)
